Ingredients

45ml Raspberry Vodka    £15.00

14ml Cointreau                  £15.00

14ml Lime Juice                       .25

14ml Gomme Syrup           £ 4.00

Splash of Cranberry.           £   1.00

Method

1. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice  to the shaker and shake.

4. Strain into the glass.

5. Garnish with three cranberries.

Ingredients

50ml Gold Tequila.              £15.50

25ml Apricot Liqueur          £12.00

15ml Lime Juice                   £   .25

320g Ice Cubes.                   £  1.00

1 slice of lime

Method

1.Fill a whisky glass with ice.

2. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

3. Add a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake.

4. Strain into the glass.

5. Garnish with a slice of lime.
